How to Set Up Your Retractable Banner
Here are the instructions on how to set up your custom tabletop retractable banner. This is a simple process that should take you seconds.
1) Remove your retractable banner from the box and make sure to have both poles near you ready to assemble.
2) Attach both poles together and insert them into the hole on the base with the flat edge on the top of the pole facing forward.
3) Slowly pull out the banner from the base by taking the metal edge on the top of the banner. Do not allow the banner to “snap” back into position as this can damage your banner. Always pull out and retract the banner from the base in a slow and steady fashion. Pull the lip of the metal edge over the extruding edge of the top of the pole, carefully releasing the metal edge to secure the banner onto the pole.
Care
To clean the banner material, use a light soap and water mixture with a non-abrasive cloth to gently wipe away the dirt on your banner. Cleaning the base can be cleaned the same way or you can use alcohol wipes (for glasses and screens) to wipe any dirt on the base. We recommend keeping the base wrapped in the carrying bag (where the banner was shipped) to prevent any scratches.

How would I store my Tabletop banner?
When storing your exhibit, retract the banner into the base and bag or secure the pole set with elastic bands. When storing, avoid piling heavy items on top of the tabletop retractable banner. The box it was supplied in or a case of your choice can be used to keep the base and pole combo.
How would I clean my Tabletop Banner Stand?
Use a little soap and water solution and a towel to clean the banner if it becomes covered in dust or other debris. Cleaning the base is the same.
Can I use my Custom banner Stand Outside?
Although these displays are intended for indoor usage, they may also be used outside under the right weather circumstances. Tabletop retractables are not, however, intended to withstand wind or rain.
