Frequently Asked Questions
What is a ballast base?
Ballast bases are strong bases made of aluminum and steel so that it helps objects stand up in place, regardless of the wind or other natural factors. If you're putting a sign outside, you need to make sure it's durable! This is why ballast bases should be used if you want a sign that can stand upright outside your store or office, such as at a restaurant.
How do I set up the flex sign with a ballast base?
Installing your flex sign is much easier than you might think! First, put the plastic wrap provided over the front of your graphic. Then open up the frame and insert the graphic, then lock the frame so the graphic doesn't move around. Repeat this process for the back of the sign. Once finished, you're ready to work on the base! Put the stands through a washer and tighten them with the custom screw provided into the holes on the bottom of the sign. Place the stand onto the holes of the base, and your sign is ready!
Will I receive my order in the turnaround time after placing the order?
After you place your order and upload your design, we will check to see if your design has the following:
- correct file size
- correct file format
- high-quality (if it looks blurry, difficult to read, etc.)

After we finalize the design and you approve it, we will then put your flex sign into production. You should receive the flex sign within the said turnaround time after it's been put into production!
